Standard Frame Types: Created by acero nutech structural engineers to meet your exact needs, our custom designed framing systems provide exceptional flexibility and optimum performance. Available in a wide variety of shapes, sizes and layouts to suit virtually any building requirement. All the steel sections and welded plate members are designed in accordance with the applicable sections as per the latest international codes and standards such as AISC, AISI, MBMA and IS to meet all the customer specifications.
Secondary Members: Secondary structural framing refers to purlins, girts, eave struts, wind bracing, flange bracing, base angles, clips and other miscellaneous structural parts. Purlins, girts and eave struts are cold formed steel members which have a minimum yield strength 345 MPa (50,000 psi) and will conform to the physical specifications of ASTM 572 (Grade 50) or ASTM A653 (Grade 50) or equivalent.
Z-Purlin: Purlin and grits shall be roll formed Z-Sections, 150 - 300 mm deep with 50 to 70 mm flanges. Each flange shall have a 10 to 16 mm stiffening formed at 45 degrees to the flange with a thickness of 1.5 to 3mm.
C-Purlin: C Channels are 150 - 300 mm deep rolled with 50 to 70mm Flanges with a thickness of 1.5 to 3mm.
Roof & Wall Panels: Standard steel panels have a minimum yield strength of 345 MPa. Steel panels are hot dipped and galvanized with zinc or zinc-aluminium coating. Galvanized materials conform to G90 for 275 grams per square metre according to ASTM A653. Zinc-Aluminium coated materials conform to AZ150 according to ASTM A792.

Puf Sandwiched Panels: This is a panel manufactured by the press injection method to produce a polyurethane core between exterior steel facings. It can be used on the roof and wall as claddings.
